Do You Have These Worries?

“I’m nervous about starting yoga”

I was too! As a fellow introvert the thought of going to a yoga class was so scary so I totally know how you feel.

In this course you can join from home, and I’m here to support you.

“I don’t have enough time for yoga”

Through the course you will learn how even a few minutes of asana (yoga poses) a day makes a difference to your mind and body.

You’ll gain tips on how to create a yoga practice you can come back to, and how to incorporate basic yoga philosophy into your day.

“I’m not flexible enough for yoga”

That’s okay!

You don’t have to be super flexible for yoga! Actually, practicing yoga will help you get there. It’s different for every body.

Question Time!

Who is this program for?

This course is perfect for introverts, ambiverts, sensitive souls, empaths and extroverts who feel in an introverted state. Even if you don’t identify as an introvert, there are times in our lives where we all feel we would rather spend time alone. It can feel hard to manage your own energy during these times, and if you don’t it can lead to stress and overwhelm.

Anyone who is new to yoga, or just started yoga recently. Maybe you aren’t a beginner but haven’t practiced for a while. It is also a great course for yogis who want to go back to basics.

What language will be used?

The program will be conducted in English. But I’d like everyone to be as comfortable as possible when joining the course, so I’m providing free Japanese support. If you need Japanese language support, please feel free to reach out!

プログラムは基本英語で行いますが日本語のサポートもありますよ!気楽に聞いてください。

What is the time commitment?

The live calls are 60 minutes, and there are 30-minute pre-recorded videos too which you can do in your own time.

Is it okay if I don’t join live?

Yes, sure! If you have plans or are unable to join live that’s okay, there will be recordings for you to watch back.

But the energy when joining live if always amazing and I really hope you can join us!
