Alex created a safe and cozy space where we could all be ourselves and exchange freely without any fear of judgement. Through various activities such as oracle reading, tea meditation or yoga (just to name a few), we could refresh our mind and body, slow down, and also get ready to embrace 2024 with intention. I also would like to mention that Alex had arranged delicious vegan lunches for all the participants and it was delicious !
