45 minute class Saturday morning via Zoom. Feel refreshed yet relaxed after each class. Stretch and release tension, connect breath with movement, and enjoy a fluid flow. With modifications throughout, my classes are open to all, perfect for those new to yoga or intermediate students looking for a comfortable space to practice.
30 minute meditations on Thursday morning via Zoom. Calm the mind with my guided meditation. Learn how to let go of daily thoughts and concentrate on your breath. Beginners and regular meditators welcome.
A 30 minute class on Tuesday evening via Zoom. A slower flow with more pause and rest. Leave the class feeling relaxed and calm. Stretch and release tension, connect breath with movement and enjoy a fluid flow. Wind-down after a stressful day and say goodbye to any worries and tensions.
