The class is a slow flow yoga class, focused on the theme of compassion. We will start with some breathwork to regulate our nervous system, a short meditation to observe our state of being and an asana (yoga pose) flow featuring gentle heart-opening poses to invite in love and understanding.

Alex is a yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher from the UK. She came to Japan 10 years ago, where she fell in love with yoga and went to India to train, then came back to Japan to teach in cafes, at the park and online classes. Alex is a facilitator of relatable, stress-free yoga for introverts, inviting relaxation, radical rest, and true self-connection. Alex provides different options for every practitioner and keeps it fun and accessible while honouring the roots of yoga.
