I create a safe, comfortable space for you to move and connect with your breath. Quick lessons you can fit into your day. Ways you can incorporate mindfulness into your busy schedule. You don’t need to be super flexible to do yoga. We can still enjoy all the benefits!
When I first started yoga I was apprehensive. I couldn’t fit a 90 minute class in my schedule, I couldn’t touch my toes or stand on my head. Going to classes in yoga studios made me feel nervous. But after practicing yoga I always felt so amazing. Invigorated, refreshed, renewed and relaxed, all at the same time. And so I fell in love.
I help create a yoga practice that suits you. You can practice during a busy day, even three minutes of yoga has numerous benefits. You can practice during breaks at work or while traveling. You can practice if you can’t touch your toes or do a headstand. Who’s ready to join me and start feeling more relaxed and at peace?
Enjoy yoga classes, workshops and events together both online and offline with me. I use my experience of teaching English and yoga, and bring together a community where you feel like you can belong.
