Description of Goods and Services

We provide online and in-person yoga and wellbeing services, including digital memberships, on-demand video content, live virtual yoga classes, and community-based offerings.

Our services include:

• Monthly membership access to:

  • A library of pre-recorded yoga and embodiment videos

  • Weekly or regular live online yoga classes

  • Community spaces for journaling prompts, reflections, and women’s circles

  • Member-only discussions and resources

• One-off purchases (drop-in classes or workshops) for in-person and live online yoga classes or special events.

All services are delivered digitally via our online membership platform and third-party tools such as Circle, and Zoom, Momence and Peatix.

Subscription Terms

Circle Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges using the payment method provided.

Membership access continues until canceled by the member.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months once access has been granted.

Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Membership fees and drop-in class prices are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. Payment processing fees may apply as determined by our payment processor.

Prices are subject to change. Existing members will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed using Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with their security and privacy standards.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

Refund Policy

Drop-in classes and workshop purchases are non-refundable.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

Digital Delivery

Access to digital content, including video libraries, community spaces, and live class details, is provided immediately upon successful payment or subscription activation.

Live class access details (such as Zoom links) are delivered via email and may also be available within your account dashboard.

Privacy and Data Use

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering services, processing payments, and maintaining community access.

Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as Stripe, Circle,  and Zoom and for in-person classes Momence and Peatix) only as necessary to provide these services.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a charge, please contact us directly first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact Stripe or your card issuer for further assistance.
