A weekend of deep nourishment and connection

Together we’ll honour the Summer Solstice, the longest, brightest day of the year, a time to bask in the sun’s energy, cultivate self-trust, and nurture the seeds of intention planted in spring.

Come home to yourself through...

…meditation, journaling, somatic intuitive yoga, seasonal and self-care rituals, and vegan food. Connect with like-minded sisters and make precious memories. Stay in an old Japanese house in Hayama, sleep on futons, unwind in peaceful tatami rooms.

The schedule

Day 1

Our retreat begins in the afternoon, with time to settle in before we gather for an opening circle and a heartfelt solstice ceremony. Then we’ll share a nourishing vegan meal, followed by a spacious evening of self-care. Journal in the garden, pamper yourself with homemade herbal face masks, or soak in the bathtub. The day winds down with a short and sweet yin yoga session to ease into a restful night.

Day 2

In the morning, enjoy tea and fruit, followed by meditation & intuitive movement. Next, express yourself through meditative oil pastel art or simply luxuriate in free time, following whatever your heart desires. We’ll close with a wholesome brunch and a closing circle.

Location: Traditional Japanese house in Hayama, located 15 minutes from the beach, near the Jonathan family restaurant (address will be disclosed after booking)

Your questions

What is the cancellation policy? 

If you are unable to attend please reach out. As we are nearing the retreat already, cancellations for personal reasons cannot be refunded.

Are all the meals vegan?

All meals will be vegan. If you have any food allergies please reach out before booking.

What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring anything special! I’ll send a list before the retreat of things that might be helpful such as a journal, and you’ll need to bring essentials like PJs, toothbrush etc. We will do yoga directly on the tatami floor so you don’t need to bring a mat unless you would prefer one.
